BEEF STEW
2 lbs. Boneless beef stew meat
4 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed
3 medium carrots, peeled & sliced
1 large onion, diced
3 Tbs. All-purpose flour
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 cup water
6 cloves Snake Ridge Pickled Garlic
1 Tbs. Italian Seasoning
In a 5 quart crock pot, mix potatoes, carrots, and onion. Toss beef with flour and coat evenly, add to pot. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking for 7 to 8 hours, until meat is tender. Stir once or twice during cooking if possible.
